Role Overview
The International Sales Executive is responsible for developing overseas markets, managing international clients, and driving export sales growth. The role acts as the primary link between the company and global buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new international buyers and markets
Handle export enquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms
Achieve assigned export sales targets
Coordinate export documentation including proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, BL, and COO
Manage payment terms, follow up on collections, and minimize credit risk
Coordinate with logistics, production, and quality teams for timely shipments
Maintain strong relationships with existing international clients
Monitor international market trends and competitor pricing
Participate in trade fairs, buyer meetings, and virtual sales calls
Provide regular sales and market reports to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in international sales or export marketing
Knowledge of Incoterms, international payments, and export procedures
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple international clients and timelines
Proficiency in email communication and basic MS Office tools
